The academic year 2022 officially began on 25th of April 2022. The beginning of the term for us has been a great success. We would like to thank all parents, teachers and all stake-holders of the school for enabling this to happen.
As we begin, we would like to bring this term dates to your attention;
25th April 2022 – boarders reporting date.
26th April 2022 – All day scholars report.
27th April 2022 – New comers report.
28th April 2022 – Playgroup reporting date.
26th May 2022 – 29th may 2022 – Half-Term break.
2nd July 2022 – 10th July 2022 – End-term break.
In case of any changes in the above dates, official communication shall be sent from school in the official communication channels.
We would like to inform you that the school will proceed on a short holiday: End of Term 1 Break on Thursday 30th September – Tuesday 12th October 2021.
The Kindergarten pupils will close a day earlier on Wednesday 29th September 2021. It will be a normal school day for the Kindergarten pupils.
All the children on school transport will be dropped home as usual in two trips. The buses will leave school at 2pm.
The pupils who use private transport will be picked as usual from 2pm as well.
The boarders will be released to start their short holiday that day at 3.00pm. They will be picked from school by the parent/ guardian after being duly signed out. For the parents who would like to pick the baording child together with a sibling who is on school transport, the parent/ guardian should make a communication to the respective class teacher in order to facilitate the same.
We urge all those parents/ guardians who will come to pick the boarders to cooperate with the school measures put down to fight against Covid-19 pandemic. Everyone will be required to properly wear a mask, wash hands or sanitize and maintain appropriate physical distance.
The day scholars will report back on Wednesday 13th October 2021. All pupils on school transport will be picked as usual. Those who use private means should also be dropped to school as usual.
The boarders will report on Tuesday 12th October 2021 strictly between 1.00pm – 4.00pm

The Kenya Swimming Federation, Kiambu County organized a swimming gala for Kiambu schools held in Regis school Runda. JSPS was one of the many schools that participated in the competitions. This was a perfect opportunity for us to showcase and put to work the hard work that we have been partaking in school. The events were held for two days, 18th and 19th of September 2021.
We arrived early in the morning, well and ready to give it our best and bring the medals home. The competitions started at 8:00 am and went on till 3:00 pm in the afternoon. The following day they also started and ended at the same time.
While the competitions were not a walk in the park, our swimmers were well and ready to give it all they had to represent our school in the best way possible. We therefore managed to scoop a total of 19 medals in all competitions. This also enabled us to be number 12 out of 28 schools that participated. Here are the medals we attained:

Though we know we can always do better than that, we thank all the participants for putting in a great effort in the competitions and earning the accolades they managed to earn. They selflessly and with great determination flew our flag higher and we couldn’t be more proud of them. We would also like to thank our beloved parents for their support in making this experience a success and one to remember. We are determined to ensure we provide the best services possible.
Mid-term is finally here. We will break on Wednesday 25th and resume on Monday 30th August. The day scholars will depart from school at 2:00pm. Parents who pick their children from school are advised to pick them from that time. Those on school transport will be taken home as from 2:00pm. Parents to boarders are advised to pick their children on Wednesday 25th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. They will then resume on Sunday afternoon. Parents will be required to drop their kids from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Please keep time.
Welcome to our annual PP2 graduation. Our class of 20/21 will be having their graduation on 15th July 2021.
Due to Covid-19 rules, we will conduct an online graduation. The graduation will be aired through our YouTube channel: Juja St. Peter’s School starting from 10:00am to 12:00 noon.
